Who we are

Tapora Cards is operated by Tapora S.E.N.C. (NEQ 3382462367), a Québec business. Questions: [email protected].

Pricing

In Canadian dollars: $30 for one card, $55 for two, then $27.50 per card from three. The exact total is confirmed in writing before any order.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by email. The payment method and timing, as well as the delivery time, are confirmed in writing with each order.

What’s included, no subscription

Buying your cards includes, with no subscription or monthly fee, for as long as Tapora operates the service:

• each card redirecting to the page of your choice, changeable any time without reprogramming the card;
• your private stats page, counter mode and a notification on every tap;
• Google review tracking and the monthly email report, if you want it;
• email support in English and French.

We may improve these features or add new ones. If new options ever became paid, they would stay optional: nothing included with your purchase would become paid.

Fair use

Cards are meant to invite your customers to leave a review or visit the page of your choice. They must not be used to generate automated taps, to buy reviews or trade them for a reward, or for any practice against Google’s rules or the law. In case of abuse, we may suspend the redirect of the card concerned, after notifying you.

A card that doesn’t work

A card that doesn’t work when you receive it is replaced free of charge. Email us a photo of the card.

If the service ever stopped

If Tapora ever stopped operating the service, we would notify you by email at least 90 days in advance.

Your data and your customers’ data

See our privacy policy: no IP address, no lasting cookie and no location is kept when a card is tapped.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
